Job Description
As a Security Officer Access Control in Cromwell, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a professional environment for employees and visitors. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through strong communication and customer service.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted and/or sensitive areas.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including exterior areas and perimeter points, while observing for unusual activity and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
