What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document access activity to help support controlled movement throughout the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building perimeters, parking areas, and production-adjacent spaces, while reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
- Assist with screening deliveries, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and supporting emergency response activities in accordance with post orders and location protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
