Security Officer - Access Control

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, and following security-related policies for a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas such as production, warehouse, and office spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities in accordance with location protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to location contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Carry out regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
