Security Officer Access Attendant

About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Manufacturing & Industrial, you will join a dynamic team contributing to a culture that positively impacts the communities and customers we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting entry and exit activity at the location.
• Monitor access points, visitor logs, badges, and deliveries to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate contact.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, applying site post orders and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with attention to security-related concerns.
• Document daily activity, complete incident reports, and communicate clearly with site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency responders when needed.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licenses may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

DayTime: Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
