Security II Mid-2nd Shift (Part-Time)

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees, and serves as a deterrent to crime.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and offer advice and guidance regarding the resort.
• Document all visitors entering the property and provide directions to their destinations.
• Act as first responder to all visitor, guest, and employee accidents on property, administering first aid and contacting emergency services if necessary.
• Secure First Reports of Injury in the case of employee injuries and assist with drug and alcohol testing when appropriate.
• Patrol the resort to ensure safety and security, correcting safety hazards and responding to emergencies.
• Identify and engage suspicious persons who may disrupt resort operations, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Dispatch calls according to established procedures.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background.
• Two years of hotel or retail experience with high customer contact preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age with 1 year of driving experience.
• Familiarity with resort layout, activities, and emergency procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain resort standards.
• Initiative and strong judgment in addressing problems creatively.
• Knowledge of standard safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and 1 year of driving experience.
• Must meet company motor vehicle policy standards.
• Must have a guest-focused posture and attitude.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with resort layout, activities, and emergency procedures.
• Must demonstrate good judgment and initiative in addressing problems.
• Must possess strong knowledge of standard safety protocols.
