Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout food production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary across the location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access or unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.

Skills

• Computer skills are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
