As a Security Guard Unarmed Visibility Patrol in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to tenants, visitors, and staff.

• Day: Wed 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Thur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sat 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sun 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial property buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while working collaboratively with Allied Universal leadership and property representatives.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
