Job Description

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, building interiors, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, and security-related incidents according to established procedures.
- Document patrol activity and incidents through clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
