About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in Norwood, MA. This role involves providing customer service, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and supporting a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licenses may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver's license may be required for driving positions only.
