About the role

As a Security Guard Unarmed Incident Response Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving post requires meeting company driver policy requirements. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to an agile, reliable, and innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and emergency response activities as directed.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
