Job Description
As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver Response in Lithonia, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Maintain accurate logs and direct individuals to appropriate locations while monitoring access points and verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Observe and report potential security-related concerns, facility hazards, and policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
