Security Guard Unarmed Customer Patrol

About the Role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support daily operations through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and people-first approach to every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Part Time position with a pay rate of $18.42 per hour.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 02:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
