Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive location, including showrooms, offices, service areas, parking lots, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle traffic to help support authorized access, visitor direction, and orderly movement throughout the location.
• Assist with basic security-related checks of doors, gates, lighting, and other assigned areas, and communicate maintenance or operational issues to site contacts as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Security-related experience.
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Guard card or license (preferred).
