Security Officer Unarmed Customer Service Patrol
About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Customer Service Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel in accordance with post instructions.
- Support daily operations by assisting with visitor direction, following Allied Universal protocols, and maintaining a professional presence throughout varying working environments and conditions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
