About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our healthcare team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
• Respond to emergencies and assist in crisis management
• Interact with patients, staff, and visitors to ensure a positive hospital experience
• Perform routine patrols and monitor surveillance systems
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of security records and reports
• Must have BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association

Requirements

• North Carolina Drivers License in good standing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina for patrolling and responding to emergencies
