As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and other authorized personnel at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify credentials and visitor access in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and authorized site contacts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ years of age for armed roles; this position is unarmed).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only (not applicable to this role).

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
