Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, and other security-related observations.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age
