Security Guard- Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Maintain access control and monitor facility security.
• Conduct routine patrols and respond to safety or security concerns.
• Implement and enforce security procedures and access control measures.
• Investigate suspicious activity and report it immediately.
• Coordinate with leadership on incident prevention strategies and facility improvements.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, accidents, and disturbances.
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate findings to management.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct preliminary investigations related to security incidents or policy violations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior security, military, law enforcement, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to remain alert and observant throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic computer and documentation skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods of time.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Schedule

Night Shift (4:30 PM- 4:30 AM)

Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on facility needs.
