Security Guard - Loss Prevention Agent

Responsibilities

• Respond to and handle guest and security issues
• Manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
• Patrol the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure
• Answer in-house calls
• Assist team members and guests as needed
• Initiate investigations
• Write up incident reports
• Monitor investigations
• Ensure property follow-up and communication
• Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED
• 21 years or older
• Prior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry
• CPR training or certification
• Professional communication skills
