Loss Prevention Agent

About the role

Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Conducts patrols, monitors surveillance systems, and responds to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols around the store to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate incidents as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with store management and law enforcement as required.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or security.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices.
• Experience with security systems and alarm monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Night shift, Monday through Friday.
