Overview
The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is seeking a full-time In-Store Loss Prevention Agent to help protect their stores. Must have previous undercover, floor walking Loss Prevention experience!
Responsibilities
- Complete Incident Reports
- Review Camera Footage
- Apprehend shoplifters
- Review BOLO's
- Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
- Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- At least one (1) year previous undercover, floor walking Loss Prevention experience
- Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
- Strong communication skills
- Motor vehicle record check
- Background check
- Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking

Compensation
Starting wage range: $26.50 to $27.50 / hour. This starting wage range is posted pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, and applies exclusively to the position of Loss Prevention Agent at Hobby Lobby stores in the state of Colorado.
