Loss Prevention Agent

About the role

Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Conducts patrols, monitors surveillance systems, and responds to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols around the store to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate incidents as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with store management and law enforcement as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a security or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness to perform patrol duties.
