About the role

Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Conducts patrols, monitors surveillance cameras, and responds to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols around the store to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to alarm activations promptly.
• Interact with customers and employees to gather information and maintain a positive store environment.
• Handle customer complaints and assist in resolving issues related to store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform patrol duties and respond to alarms.
