As a Security Guard Full Time Visitor Services in Trenton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence for employees and visitors. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution front desk by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Welcome and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, review alarms and surveillance-related information as assigned, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer incoming calls, provide directions, and support a courteous and organized lobby environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws (Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws).
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• Hold a valid driver’s license (required for driving positions only).
