About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location in West Palm Beach, FL. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A guard card is required.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred qualifications: CPR certification and customer service experience.
