As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Guest Services in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. $17.00 per hour.

• Sunday: 05:45 AM – 02:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
