About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting daily operations through teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify identification, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; report irregular activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones, providing directions, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

• Friday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
