About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming presence for tenants and visitors, managing access, monitoring activity, and responding to security-related concerns. Use your customer service and communication skills to help maintain an orderly environment while representing our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Greet and direct visitors, manage access in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and/or vendor records.
• Monitor front desk communications, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency and escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in the lobby while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a positive tenant and visitor experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$16.50 / hour

Schedule

• Monday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
