What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, residents, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of club facilities, amenity areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents, members, and guests.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Guard card is required.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
