Daytime – Saturday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Sunday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site‑specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with tenant and visitor inquiries, and communicating security‑related observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Ability to lift up to 20 lb (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Guard Card or license (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, depending on state or local regulations.
