We’re looking for an On-Call Security Guard to join our team and help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for everyone who enters our hotel. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the hotel's interior and perimeter.
• Stay alert for potential security risks, safety hazards, suspicious activity, or undesirable conditions.
• Monitor hotel areas and security systems for unusual or concerning activity.
• Respond promptly to security telephone and safety hotline calls based on priority.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members using two-way radios.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, disturbances, and threats to guests, associates, or property.
• Maintain order while handling challenging situations with a calm, rational, and professional approach.
• Assist guests with security-related concerns, including door lock issues when needed.
• Observe individuals entering, exiting, or loitering around the property and report suspicious activity appropriately.
• Become familiar with the hotel layout, function spaces, life-safety systems, alarm pull stations, fire extinguishers, and sprinkler locations.
• Promote safe work practices throughout the hotel.
• Support hotel associates and other departments when needed.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect in every guest and associate interaction.
• Complete other security-related duties as assigned.
