Security Operator

Responsibilities

• Investigating / resolving intrusion attempts
• Reviewing security events in a Security Information and Event Management system
• Communicating effectively with other business partners regarding claims, safety, and overall business needs

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• At least 21 years of age
• Willingness to work nights and weekends if needed
• Verifiable ten-year work history
• Previous military, police, or security guard experience preferred but not required
• Understanding of CCTV and remote viewing systems
• Effective reaction to high stress situations
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong telephone and customer service skills
• Experience in successfully troubleshooting a variety of electronics issues
