Security Associate, Manufacturing (EHS)/Interview - $20.80/hr (Tues-Fri, 7:00pm-5:30am)

Position Summary

Verifies identities, issues badges, maintains logs, and performs various security-related tasks.

What You'll Do

• Verifies identities and issues visitor badges
• Maintains visitor logs
• Deter potential security threats and provide security
• Communicate progress and relevant information
• Identify and suggest ways to address improvement opportunities
• Adapt to and learn from change difficulties and feedback
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas
• Conduct regular security checks
• Monitor and test alarm systems, fire systems, and fire suppression equipment
• Create and issue new and replacement badges
• Supports safety trainings and drills
• Enforce safe work practices and environments
• Report hazards, near misses, injuries, and accidents
• Contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols
• Assist in emergencies or security concerns
• Deliver results while putting the customer first
• Strive for excellence and continuous improvements

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous security or similar experience

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.80 - $26.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
