(USA) Security Associate, Manufacturing/Interview - $20.80 (Sat - Mon 5:00pm-5:30am)

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining security at the facility, ensuring a safe environment, and providing assistance during emergencies.

What You'll Do

• Verifies identifications and issues visitor badges
• Maintains visitor logs and deters potential security threats
• Communicates progress and relevant information
• Conducts regular security checks and inspects facilities
• Issues new and replacement associate and visitor badges
• Enforces safe work practices and maintains a safe work environment
• Participates in safety trainings and drills
• Reports hazards and incidents to appropriate management
• Supports continuous improvement of safety protocols
• Works as a team member and mentors others

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security or similar experience

Pay and Schedule

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.80 - $26.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
