Position Summary

Verifies identification, issues visitor badges, maintains logs, and performs various security functions.

  • Reports hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
  • Maintains accurate and detailed security reports and documentation.
  • Monitors and tests alarm systems, fire systems, and fire suppression equipment.
  • Makes regular security checks of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  • Conducts security inspections of buildings, grounds, and trailers.
  • Maintains accurate and detailed security reports, incident logs, and documentation.
  • Monitors inbound and outbound trailers using computer applications.
  • Reports unusual activity to appropriate management.
  • Creates and issues new and replacement associate and visitor badges.

Security Functions

  • Conducts regular security checks of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  • Provides assistance and guidance during emergencies or security concerns.
  • Maintains accurate and detailed security reports, incident logs, and documentation.
  • Promotes and enforces safe work practices.
  • Makes security inspections of buildings, grounds, and trailers.
  • Makes regular security checks of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  • Monitors inbound and outbound trailers using computer applications.
  • Reports unusual activity to appropriate management.
  • Creates and issues new and replacement associate and visitor badges.
