Responsibilities

  • Possess strong customer service and public relation skills and be able to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Provides administrative support functions for the Operations team.
  • Takes direction from the Operations managers and determines the necessary service requirements to fulfill the contractual responsibilities with our client base.
  • Collaborate with personnel and Operations managers to ensure deadlines are completed on time and within the scope of work.
  • Work consistently with management to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Ability to use Windows based programs.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task during the work shift.
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and cover additional shifts as required by company needs.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Essential Functions/Duties

  • Leadership skills to provide direction to the Site/Account assigned Officers and assist with areas of responsibility as needed
  • Provide Site Support for all areas of the sites and inspections of assigned personnel
  • Effectively manage, motivate, coach and formally evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and officers.
  • Absorb and implement measurement and evaluation tools for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and costs/benefits of each area of responsibility
  • Make recommendations for the creation, modification, and updating of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines as they relate to your assigned Site/Account.
  • Absorb and implement controls for accurate and timely patrol and alarm response activities.
  • Respond to incidents at the Site proactively and in response to requests for assistance from any Federal Protection Agency, Inc. Security Manager, Supervisor, Assigned Agent/Officer and Client. Coordinate the proper response and internal notifications as appropriate.
  • Continually review all aspects of the Site/Account for potential improvement and profitability.
  • Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization and client operations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with office management to resolve any potential issues or concerns or threats at assigned site/account.
  • Excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills, present ideas in a clear and compelling manner with strict attention to detail.
  • Emotionally intelligent with excellent people skills and ability to develop and manage successful business relationships with clients and prospective clients.
  • Strong personal presence, credibility and high integrity.

Requirements

  • Prior Supervisory experience in the security industry or a related field, Minimum of (1-2) years verifiable and Security Supervisor / Management experience.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle all situations and make quick decisions.
  • Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to write and train officers on procedures as required for each location (Site Specific).
  • Must be computer savvy and be able to multitask environment.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly.
  • Must be able to travel to locations to perform post inspections with inspections conducted during the week and on weekends.
  • Must be able to train security officers on operational and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Must maintain a working knowledge of the locations of all contracted sites.
  • Must be able to respond to calls for assistance, reports of accidents or incidents and after-hour emergencies.
  • Must be able to monitor and ensure that all company equipment and vehicles are current on maintenance issues.
  • Assist with scheduling, fill all open post, and call-off while minimizing overtime.
  • Review daily all logs and incident reports, and pass on to Management any unusual occurrences, disciplinary issues, call-offs, or missing documentation.
  • Follow up as directed by Security Management.
  • Must be able to use up and coming technology and be flexible with new development.
  • Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned.
