Security Ambassador

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will use sharp observation skills to monitor screens, spot threats before they escalate, and work in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. Site Location: Stroudsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• CPR Certification – willing to train
• 1–2 years of security experience a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.55 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule

Part‑time schedule: Friday through Sunday, 4 pm – 1 am
