Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months related experience and/or training is preferred.
• Must obtain licensing with the West Virginia Lottery and Racing Commissions every year of employment.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside.
• In addition to the pre-employment background check, this position will be subject to periodic checks of your driving record in order to determine continued suitability to drive company and/or patron vehicles.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must have good observation skills.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Must be diplomatic and tactful; speak clearly and politely; respond well to questions.
• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
• The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; and risk of electrical shock.
• The employee will be working in an environment where smoking is permitted and higher than normal noise levels.
