Securities Litigation Associate (Junior) - WPB

Our West Palm Beach office is seeking a junior litigation associate to join its broker-dealer litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters within the broker-dealer practice
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Active Florida bar admission
• Stellar academic record
• Strong research and writing abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial services and/or employment law
