Section Leader, Weaving

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures including Task Group Involvement, Monthly OSHA Inspections, and BBS Participation
• Track associate safety, productivity, quality, and attendance
• Monitor and approve associate time and time off requests in the timekeeping system
• Conduct weekly meetings with associates
• Collaborate with other section leaders and managers on policies and procedures
• Communicate active safety, quality, and productivity concerns with incoming and outgoing section leaders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of weaving process experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bias for action, especially regarding Safety and Quality
• Dependable and strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office preferred
