About the role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an exceptional physician leader to serve as Section Head of Inpatient Neurology and Neurohospitalist Medicine across the Ohio market. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing, expanding inpatient neurology program across one of the nation’s premier academic health systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care delivery, staffing, recruitment, faculty and Advance practice provider development
• Manage the Neurohospitalist Fellowship
• Lead the inpatient teleneurology network
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure alignment with local and system priorities
• Work closely with educational leadership to ensure outstanding and consistent learning experiences for residents, fellows, and medical students
• Expand and strengthen Cleveland Clinic’s inpatient neurology services, creating a sustainable, unparalleled, world-class model of care with future reach beyond the Ohio market and across the enterprise

Requirements

• Record of leadership in inpatient neurology or neurohospitalist medicine
• Highly collaborative style
• Strong organizational and operational capabilities
• Passion for building teams and programs

Qualifications

• MD degree
• Board-certified in Neurology or Neurohospitalist Medicine
• Experience in inpatient neurology or neurohospitalist medicine
• Leadership experience in healthcare settings

Pay

Minimum salary: $350,000
Maximum salary: $475,000
