Section 337 Litigation Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Section 337 Litigation Associate with (preferably) three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). This position can be based in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.

Responsibilities

• Work with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
• Participate in at least two Section 337 ITC cases
• Familiarity with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure
• Knowledge of IP law

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible
• Excellent academic credentials

• The ability to effectively handle multiple projects

Pay

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $215,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
