Litigation Associate

About the role

The Atlanta office of Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in commercial and product liability and/or class action defense.

Responsibilities

• Legal research
• Drafting legal documents
• Conducting discovery
• Courtroom and deposition experience (preferred but not required)
• Coordinating with local counsel
• Defending against litigation

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience
• Admission to the Georgia Bar
• Possess a JD from an accredited law school and a strong academic record
• Excellent credentials
• Experience in commercial and product liability and/or defending high-stakes class actions (preferred)

Qualifications

• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload
• Good judgment and ability to work well under pressure

Skills

• Strong research and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
