- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal memoranda
- Aid in case strategy and litigation preparation
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated disputes
- Assist with discovery and broader litigation management tasks
Who You Are
- 1st–3rd year associate
- Experience in complex litigation matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Judicial clerkship experience encouraged
- Collaborative and detail-oriented personality
- Admitted to, or willing to sit for, the Oregon and/or Washington Bar
Compensation
- Salary Range: $215,000 – $250,000 (DOE)
