Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex corporate and commercial litigation matters in Delaware courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive court filings
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Support litigation strategy and case management throughout all stages of a dispute
- Work on matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other Delaware courts
- Assist with discovery, depositions and hearing preparation
- Collaborate with clients and litigation teams on sophisticated corporate disputes
Who You Are
- 2nd–3rd year associate
- Significant corporate litigation experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery
- General litigation experience in Delaware courts
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Judicial clerks are strongly encouraged to apply
- Member in good standing of the Delaware Bar
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $235,000 – $260,000 (DOE based on class year)
