Secretary
Schools
Responsible for all student registration processes, maintaining Synergy, requesting/sending student records, register students, withdraw students, etc.
Responsible for Grade Quick processes, report cards, scheduling.
Responsible for Data Steward processes.
Maintains cumulative and confidential records for all students.
Screens visitors, telephone calls and incoming mail; personally answering inquiries which in the employee's judgment do not require the supervisor's attention.

Qualifications
Working knowledge of office practices and procedures; the school or department's programs; business English and mathematics.
Working skill in typing, operating personal computers, word-processing equipment or other automated office systems.
Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of secretarial duties for one or more professionals; communicate effectively both orally and in writing; exercise judgment and work with all levels of the school or department.
