About the role
City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator to support operations in the Southern territory.
Responsibilities
- Check on facilities to ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Independent Contractors to resolve client concerns
- Help build strong working relationships between City Wide, clients, and Independent Contractors
Requirements
- Experience with email and data entry
- Able to multitask
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations
- Available to work 4:30 pm - 1:00 am Monday through Friday
Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Supervisory experience for at least 2 years
