About the role

City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) is seeking a responsible 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator to join their team and work in the Southern territory.

Responsibilities

• Check on facilities to ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Independent Contractors to resolve client concerns
• Help build strong working relationships between City Wide, customers, and Independent Contractors

Requirements

• Experience with email and data entry
• Able to multitask
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations
• Available to work 4:30 pm - 1:00 am Monday through Friday

Preferred

• Bilingual - Spanish
• Supervisory experience - 2 years
