2nd Shift Area Manager
About the role
GT Industries, a leading automotive manufacturing supplier, is seeking an Area Manager to join their 2nd shift team in North Vernon, IN.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2nd shift production team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment
- Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
- Support daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Prepare for advancement into a Production Manager role
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in production or manufacturing
- Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required

Pay
Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience.
