Field Service Manager - 2nd Shift

For our client, we are seeking a Field Service Manager - 2nd Shift to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee field service operations for a second-shift team, with a strong focus on coaching, talent development, and day-to-day execution. The position is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets customer expectations and regulatory standards in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The manager will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain operational health, and support effective field performance.
